go to (Confusion! Icon_mini_profileProfile)

another bar will appear which says (Information | Preferences | Signature | Avatar | Friends and foes | Topic is being watched)
Click on preferences and the 12th item down says(Always attach my signature) changed this to Yes

then go to signature and link a pic
or go to avatar and link a pic

a sig is the one below
or avatar is the one at the side
